Our wines are produced exclusively of our own grapes. The vineyards of the Eberlehof are cultivated in a natural way with great diligence, passion and love. They are located on the best south-exposed vineyard sites of the wine village S. Maddalena near Bolzano at an altitude of about 300 m above sea level and have a gravelly moraine soil. The vine stocks are grown according to the traditional South Tyrolean pergola-system. Due to the situation on the steep slopes a high amount of manual labour is needed.
